This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing and protecting personal data of users of the pixflowpl.com website, operated by Pixflowpl sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Marszałkowska 84/12, 00-514 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000987654, Tax ID (NIP) 5272987456, REGON 389654123.

2. Data Controller

The data controller is Pixflowpl sp. z o.o. The controller can be contacted by email at kontakt@pixflowpl.com or in writing at the company's registered address. The controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be reached at: iod@pixflowpl.com.

3. Scope of Data Collected

When using the website, we collect the following data: name and surname (provided via the contact form), email address, message content, IP address, and device and browser information. Providing data in the contact form is voluntary but necessary to deliver the consultation service.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes: responding to enquiries submitted via the contact form (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), website analytics and service improvement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), fulfilling legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and marketing the controller's own services based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

5. Data Retention Period

Personal data is stored for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Contact form data is stored for 12 months from the last contact. Data processed on the basis of consent is stored until consent is withdrawn. Data processed to fulfil a legal obligation is stored for the period required by law.

6. Data Sharing

Personal data may be shared with entities processing data on behalf of the controller, including hosting service providers, analytics tools and customer service systems. Data is not transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area without appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy. Users will be informed of any changes through an appropriate notice on the website. Continued use of the website after changes are made constitutes acceptance thereof.
