These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for using the pixflowpl.com website, operated by Pixflowpl sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Marszałkowska 84/12, 00-514 Warsaw (KRS: 0000987654, NIP: 5272987456). Use of the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Definitions
Website — the website available at pixflowpl.com. Service Provider — Pixflowpl sp. z o.o. User — any natural person using the Website. Services — services provided electronically by the Service Provider via the Website, including the provision of informational content and the ability to submit enquiries through the contact form.
3. Scope of Services
The Service Provider offers services consisting of providing information on financial support programmes, European grants, social benefits and tax relief available to Polish citizens. The Website enables the submission of enquiries via the contact form to arrange a free consultation.
4. Terms of Use
Use of the Website requires a device with internet access and a web browser. The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with applicable law and social norms. It is prohibited to submit unlawful content via the contact form.
5. Contact Form
The contact form is used to submit enquiries to the Service Provider. The User provides their name, email address and message content. Data provided in the form is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Service Provider endeavours to respond to enquiries within 24 business hours.

The competent court for the resolution of disputes shall be the common court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered office.
